    Nana's Scones

     

    Nana’s Scone Pre-Mix Recipe

     

    500g Pre-Mix Flour

    250ml Water

     

     

    • Blend pre-mix and water on low for 1 minute
    • Mix on medium speed for a further 2 minutes
    • Roll out dough onto lightly floured board and cut into small portions.
    • Lightly brush top of scones with milk (helps to brown)
    • Bake for approximatley 20 minutes in a 220oC oven.
