Maple syrup is graded according to how light the syrup is, different countries use different grading systems so it can get a little confusing! As a general rule the lighter the syrups consistency, the higher the grade and the darker the colour, the stronger the pure maple flavour.

Store in a cool, dry area. Keep refrigerated, and use within 6 months of opening.
