Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. Orders placed after 2:00 pm AEST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

We ship anywhere in Australia. If you have a special order or live in an area we don't cover and wish to place an order, just contact our team and we can try to pull some strings!

In the unfortunate circumstance that an item in your order is out of stock, we will automatically remove it and email you an updated order. You won't be charged for an item you don't receive.

Gelato is an Italian style of fresh, handcrafted ice cream, made in small batches by artisans. There are two main styles of Gelato, Milk Gelato and Sorbets.

Nanas Milk Gelato is prepared using natural ingredients such as fresh, local, pasteurized milk, cream, sugars, traditional Italian pastes, stabilizers, emulsifiers and natural flavourings. The end result of this process is a rich, creamy texture that enhances the authentic Italian flavours.

Sorbet is prepared with a composition of fresh seasonal fruit, fruit puree, fruit juices, water, sugars, stabilizers, emulsifiers and natural flavourings. Sorbets offer a refreshing, fat-free and dairy-free alternative to traditional gelato, perfect for a hot summers day.

While both Gelato and Ice cream are made with milk and cream, Gelato uses less cream and more milk, this results in a lower fat content.

Gelato contains less air then Ice cream, this means a far denser and creamy texture.

Gelato is also served at a higher temperature, meaning your mouth isn't freezing and your able to taste the flavour.

Our Gelato is made fresh, inhouse at our store in Bundaberg. If you're in the area, come in and watch it being made!

Absolutely! When on the product page of you favourite coffee, use the drop down menu to select your preferred grind.

We can deliver our gelato cakes locally around the Bundaberg region. Select "Ship" as your delivery method at checkout and enter your address. If your address is eligible, you will be able to select local delivery as your delivery option.

If your address isn't eligible for local delivery, we also offer local pickup for our gelato cakes.

Currently, we only support local pickup from our Bundaberg store located at 38 Electra St.

Gelato cakes can only be ordered as individual products. If you have other items in your cart, try removing them and ordering them separately. Your address may also be ineligible for local delivery. Try selecting local pickup.

You will receive an email (or text message) letting you know when you cake is ready for pickup, or when it's out for delivery.
